What these terms cover

They apply to the use of this site and to the services and subscriptions you hire from Gipre. If we sign a separate agreement for a specific piece of work, that agreement prevails.

How hiring works

There is no cart and no automatic payment. Everything is agreed in conversation, over WhatsApp or by email.

The engagement exists once we confirm scope and price in writing and the first payment is received. What you see on this site describes what we do; the final scope is agreed case by case.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars.

Subscriptions are charged in advance, monthly or annually. The annual payment covers twelve months and is invoiced at the equivalent of ten monthly payments.

We accept bank transfer, Pago Móvil and Binance. Account details are sent when the engagement is agreed.

A payment not received within five days of its due date may suspend the service until it is settled.

Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless you tell us before it ends.

You can cancel whenever you want. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

Amounts already paid are not refunded, neither for early cancellation nor for unused months. If you paid for the year and cancel in the third month, the service keeps running until the twelve are up.

If we are the ones who stop providing a service, we keep it running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Price changes

We may change prices with fifteen days' notice. A change never affects a period already paid for: if you paid for the year, that year keeps its price.

Availability by country

Some services are offered only in certain countries, and their page says so. A page being readable from anywhere does not mean the service is available there.

What you provide

To do the work we need the content, access and data required, and you need the right to use them. You are responsible for the text, images and trademarks you hand over being yours or licensed to you.

If a third party brings a claim over that material — image rights, trademarks, someone else's text — the claim is yours, and you hold us harmless from the costs it causes us.

Who owns what is produced

Your content is yours. Text, images, data and anything you hand over remains your property.

What we build specifically for you becomes yours once it is paid for in full.

Gipre's own tools, templates and components that we reuse across projects remain ours. You use them for as long as your subscription lasts.

What we do not guarantee

We work with the care expected of a professional, but the limits are worth stating plainly:

• We do not guarantee specific search rankings. Anyone who guarantees them is not telling the truth: the search engine is not theirs.
• We do not guarantee an uptime percentage unless we agree to one in writing. We depend on infrastructure providers we do not control either.
• We are not liable for third-party service failures: the email provider, the hosting network, payment platforms.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss of data that was not in our custody.

In any case, our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the event giving rise to it.

Backups

Keeping your own copy of your content is your responsibility, unless you have hired backup as a service.

Use of this site

You may read, share and quote what we publish. You may not reproduce it in full and publish it as your own, nor use the site for unlawful purposes or to attack it.

Changes to these terms

We may update them. Changes apply from publication and, if they affect you as an active client, we notify you by email in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
