The problem is not missing software

Almost every small or mid-sized factory already has three systems. One runs production, another inventory, and a third — a spreadsheet, nearly always — the orders. None of them talk, so the same figure exists three times and nobody knows for certain which one is right.

The cost never shows up on an invoice. It is the hour someone spends each morning reconciling the three versions, and the order committed against stock that was consumed yesterday.

We connect before we replace

Before proposing a new system we check whether the ones you have can talk to each other. An integration between production and inventory solves the underlying problem without forcing anyone on the floor to learn another tool.

That last part matters more than it sounds: tools nobody wants to use end up abandoned, and the process goes back to paper with the software already paid for.

When something genuinely does not exist yet, we build it. But after exhausting the above, not before.
